CATALINA BAR & GRILL IN HOLLYWOOD
TWO SHOWS ONLY
SUNDAY, MARCH 8 AT 7PM & 9:30PM

Molly RingwaldChris Isaacson Presents and Upright Cabaret have announced the final concerts of Molly Ringwald’s West Coast Tour on Sunday, March 8 at the Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood. The tour, which has included more than 160 performances in seven countries and is now on its way home to Los Angeles with upcoming appearances in San Francisco, San Diego, and Palm Springs, will play two shows at Catalina at 7pm and 9:30pm.

Long before for her starring roles in such films as Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, and The Breakfast Club, Molly Ringwald was singing. She began performing with her father’s jazz band when she was only three years old and has never stopped. The shows at Catalina will return her to those early roots — she will perform a mix of songs from her new CD Except Sometimes (available on Concord Records) along with beloved hits from the Great American Songbook, creating a unique evening of unexpected musical connections. A Golden Globe-nominated actress at age 13, Ringwald is also known for several acclaimed stage performances including the 1998 revival of Cabaret, How I Learned to Drive, and Enchanted April on Broadway, and When Harry Met Sally in the West End.

Chris Isaacson Presents was recently nominated for four BroadwayWorld.com Awards for its presentation of concerts in 2014 starring Laura Benanti, Danny Gurwin, Jeremy Jordan, and Jennifer Holliday. THE INCOMPARABLE
LINDA EDER
CELEBRATES 3RD ANNUAL NIGHT AFTER THE TONYS
WITH SPECIAL GUEST
TONY AWARD NOMINEE CONSTANTINE MAROULIS
PLUS THE COMPANY MEN

ONE SHOW ONLY
MONDAY, JUNE 9 AT 8PM
AT THE JOHN ANSON FORD AMPHITHEATRE

Linda EderChris Isaacson Presents and Upright Cabaret proudly present award-winning Broadway star Linda Eder for one show only on Monday, June 9 at 8pm at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood. The evening will include selections from Eder’s 15 solo recordings which span countless musical genres including Broadway, standards, pop, country, and jazz. Eder will also welcome fellow Broadway star Constantine Maroulis and America’s first Mashup Group, the COMPANY MEN, as her special guests.

Linda Eder launched her recording career in 1991 and soon established herself as America’s most popular and acclaimed interpreter of pop standards and theatrical favorites. Since then, she has recorded 15 solo albums (including two holiday collections, the most recent of which was released in October 2013) and she is currently working on her 16th solo CD. Eder made her Broadway debut in 1997 in the Frank Wildhorn/Leslie Bricusse musical Jekyll and Hyde, earning a Drama Desk Award nomination. Since that time she has performed on 12 cast recordings. The dawn of 2014 finds the concert stage to be the mainstay of Eder’s career — she has performed to sold-out crowds in prestigious venues across the country and throughout Europe including Carnegie Hall, Town Hall, The Kennedy Center, Davies Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Wolftrap, and the Ravinia Festival. With her Ford Amphitheatre show on June 9, Eder returns to the Los Angeles concert stage for the first time in eight years.

Special guest Constantine Maroulis, known nationally as the sixth place finalist on season four of American Idol, was nominated for a 2009 Tony Award for his performance in Rock of Ages on Broadway. In 2012, Maroulis returned to Broadway in a new production of Jekyll and Hyde receiving great critical acclaim for his performance as Dr. Henry Jekyll. Other theatrical credits include several roles in Off Broadway productions and the international tour of Rent, in which he starred as the now iconic character of Roger.

As America’s first Mashup Group, the COMPANY MEN bring together a unique blend of talent, personality, and showmanship that harkens back to an earlier era while pushing the boundaries of today’s current sound. Daniel Tatar, Shawn Perucca, Stuart Ambrose, and Brian Purcell create a truly unique musical experience — timeless music from the past six decades mashed up with today’s hits.
